I know there is a recall on the 2009 year, make , and model for the exact same thing. Something needs to be done as I am not the only person with this issue. This recall was issued approximately 8 months ago. The approximate failure mileage was 47,000. The parts needed to repair the vehicle were not available and no estimated time for receiving the parts could be given. This is often accompanied by an audible chime and the dashboard lights flashing on once. Also replaced the cap as well.

Dealer says a grand to fix. After contacting the dealer and the manufacturer on multiple occasions, the contact was informed that the parts needed to repair the vehicle were still not available and no estimated time for receiving the parts could be given. The part was replaced and the system recharged. I have contacted the dealer on 10-2-14 and 3-10-15 about l25. The entire braking system is a problem. I have taking it in to be diagnosed but the technicians after having the van hooked up to their diagnostic machine are still unable to see anything wrong.
While driving 40 mph, the vehicle stalled without warning. I have contacted my local chrysler dealer to make an appointment to fix the recall. What Else Should I Know? While in park, the vehicle failed to start. The failure recurred on one other occasion. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. Just recently I went to get in the van went to shift and all of a sudden the tranny was grinding took it in to 2 places and they said these vans are coming in regularily now with the warranties on them being up.
I was able to pull over and turn ignition off and restarted. It must be a safe and reliable vehicle because of my special needs and physical limitations. Not sure which one is the correct, they have told me r03. Every recall is registered with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, which is where cars. They took the van back right before Christmas and fixed it. On Monday I will give the vehicle back to the dealership.
